Love Fela Kuti. Love Remixing Fela. Here's my entry for the Fela On Broadway remix contest for ITT. I wanted to stay true to the original ITT, (which is why I called it Respect The Shrine) but with a lil 2010 punch.

Rihanna & Eminem - Love The Way You Lie, Part II

Extrait :
On the first page of our story, the future seemed so bright.
And this thing turned out so evil, I don't know why I'm still surprised.
Even angels have their wicked schemes, and you take death to new extremes.
But you'll always be my hero, even though you lost your mind...

Patience... Plus que quelques jours.

Nadine Coyle

I’d like to say that i feel sorry for her ... But i don’t!..
It’s being reported today in national newspapers that Nadine Coyle has sold ... wait for it...! a MASSIVE 117 copies of her debut solo single, and it's only heading for a chart position of No.35 in the midweek chart. (the offical position will be revealed today by BBC Radio 1)
Even on downloads it’s only shifted a further 2,439 copies on Monday...

See Nadine, that Girls Aloud re-union isn’t such a bad idea now huh!

Christina Aguilera

Nice payday if ye can get it huh!... It’ s being reported that Christina Aguilera earned herself a MASIIVE $1 MILLION for ... Get this... a 1 HOUR performance at a Halloween party last weekend.
Christina Aguilera was booked by investment guru Charles Brandes for the private set...
The reported paycheque, reportedly confirmed by insiders close to Aguilera, equates to $16,666 (£10,390) per minute, in addition to payments for styling, travel and other related costs.
Sources connected to Brandes dispute the figure, however, and claim that the value investor only paid $500,000 (£311,716) for Aguilera to sing at the event at his San Diego estate... Mmm i like the ‘only paid’ part... Lmao!

RED BULL FLUGTAG Sydney at Mrs Macquarie's Point 7th November

If you’re an adrenalin junkie, flying enthusiast or simply love a bit of DIY airborne fun, then you may just be crazy enough to enter Red Bull Flugtag. This hilarious man-made aircraft flying competition is back in Australia at Mrs Macquaries Point in Sydney on Sunday, 7th November 2010.

The 2010 Red Bull Flugtag event will be the second of its kind in Australia following the hugely successful 2008 event which saw heaps of spectators cheer on over 30 man-made flying machines as they flew into spectacular Sydney Harbour.

The world's first Red Bull Flugtag took place in Vienna, Austria, in 1991. Since then, more than 50 Red Bull Flugtag events have been held around the world, from London to New York, attracting up to 300,000 spectators! The record for the farthest flight to date currently stands at 63 metres, set in 2010 at Red Bull Flugtag in Minneapolis, USA, but who knows what records could be broken in Sydney!

Why not enjoy the best view of the entertainment from the comfort of Red Bull's hospitality boat? Click here for full details and to register your interest.

Prince

It’s being reported in some newspapers this morning that Prince will be performing on the final of this year's X Factor.
According to the reports Prince will fly to London for the show mid-way through his ‘Welcome 2 America’ tour .
It quotes a source “Simon Cowell had been trying to get Prince on the show for so long, he is a massive fan and it is a big coup... “At the moment the plans are being kept under wraps - but it will make for the biggest X Factor final ever seen.”
It also suggested that Prince had previously been sought for as a guest judge on the show... Princes new album (that he GAVE away in a newspaper is brilliant!)
