Kid Rock will bring his "Born Free" tour to Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre on Saturday, Aug. 27, with special guest Sheryl Crow.The announcement comes on the heels of Rock's new single "Collide," which features Crow. The two also teamed in 2001 on the hit single "Picture."

Before coming to Charlotte, Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow also will play Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion in Raleigh on Aug. 25.
